All sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges. Customers will be sent prior approval for any customizations. Small Town Impressions is not responsible for any errors after customer approval. If there is an issue with an order, please email smalltownimpressionsllc@gmail.com to discuss a solution. 

 All orders are shipped out within 7-10 business days unless otherwise specified. 

If an item is returned due to incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs. If the item is lost or stolen during shipping, Small Town Impressions is not responsible.
